Christmas and New Year can be a time of difficulty for many of us when it comes to our wellbeing and mental health. This booklet covers five areas with thoughts and ideas and the simple self-care resources based on the Space to Breathe Wellbeing Triangle.

Each chapter includes some introductory thoughts and then activities based around self, others and ‘the other’ (or a sense of the divine.)

Then four tasks for self-care are presented around Growing Experience, Simple Wisdom, One Minute Mantra and Stillness. (See sample pages below)
